In the first quarter of 2025, the top Tycoon games on Android in Nicaragua showed diverse performance trends, as revealed by Sensor Tower data.

Township from Playrix experienced a fluctuating pattern in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $326 and peaking at $363 by mid-March. Weekly downloads decreased from 1.9K at the beginning of January to around 1.2K by the end of March.

Family Island™ — Farming game by Melsoft Games Ltd saw an upward trend in revenue, reaching $250 in early March. Downloads were fairly steady, with a notable increase to 224 in the last week of March.
